GAI Squad is a volunteer-driven, nonprofit program founded in March 2025. Its mission is to guide skilled industry professionals into the new frontier of Generative AI and Agentic AI engineering.
At a time when the technical workforce is shifting toward a new era, one thing is clear: those who don’t adapt risk being left behind.
Through exclusive, mentor-led study groups—meeting both online and in-person in Tel Aviv—selected participants embark on a focused journey of exploration, learning, and project-building. The program curates cutting-edge content and real-world engineering challenges, empowering members to acquire practical, agentic skills that prepare them for junior roles in the rapidly evolving Generative AI industry.
